Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access or use the OurMVP beta. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta service

OurMVP is under active development. Features, integrations, limits, and saved data may change, break, or be removed. The beta is provided for testing and feedback and is not guaranteed to be continuously available.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only organizations, teams, athletes, and games you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account and for obtaining any permissions needed before entering information about another person, including a minor.

Your content

You retain whatever rights you hold in information you submit. You give OurMVP permission to host, process, copy, display, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Scores, statistics, and reports

OurMVP helps users record sports information, but it is not an official governing body, emergency service, medical system, or guaranteed system of record. Leagues and officials remain responsible for validating official scores, eligibility, safety decisions, and records.

Public links and game codes

QR codes, game codes, and public scoreboard links may be viewed or shared by anyone who receives them. You are responsible for choosing appropriate information for public views and for replacing or retiring codes when access should end.

Acceptable use

You may not use OurMVP to break the law, violate another person's rights, harass or exploit a minor, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or access data without authorization.

Paid features

Game saving is unmetered during this beta. Paid subscriptions are not active. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any additional purchase terms shown before checkout will apply. We will not charge you without an affirmative purchase action.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or discontinue the beta. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion at support@ourmvp.app.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some laws may provide rights that cannot be waived; these terms do not limit those rights.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OurMVP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the beta. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
