Privacy Notice

OurMVP is a beta youth-sports tool for tracking athlete statistics, managing organization schedules, and recording official game reports. This notice explains the information the beta handles and the choices available to you.
Information the service handles
- Account information: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and organization membership or invite information.
- Sports information you enter: athlete names, teams, sports, custom stat definitions, game statistics, scores, schedules, venues, official names, reports, and notes.
- Browser information: light/dark theme preference, local drafts or recovery state, and session information stored in the browser.
- Service records: ordinary hosting, security, and request logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps may be processed by our hosting and database providers.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, save and synchronize sports data, operate organization and referee workflows, recover in-progress work, provide support, protect the service, and improve the beta. We do not currently sell personal information or run third-party advertising.
Public and shared game information
Organization users can create QR codes, game codes, and public scoreboards. Anyone with a public link or code may be able to view the teams, schedule, score, and other game details selected for that view. Do not enter private medical, school, contact, or other sensitive information into public-facing fields.
Storage and service providers
OurMVP uses browser storage and Supabase for authentication and cloud database services. The static site is hosted by DreamHost. Interface libraries are served with the static site, and font files are served from the same site. These providers may process technical request information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Youth and family privacy
OurMVP is designed for adults involved in youth sports, such as parents, guardians, coaches, league staff, and officials. Adults should supervise use involving minors and enter only the information needed for the sports workflow. A parent or guardian can contact us about information concerning a minor.
Your choices
The app provides controls for editing or deleting certain records, exporting account data, and clearing local experiment data. For account deletion, access, correction, or another privacy request, email support@ourmvp.app. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Retention and security
Beta data may change or be removed during development. We retain information as needed to operate the beta, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this notice as the beta changes. The effective date above will be updated when we publish a material revision.
