Athlete record: track a game

  1. Sign in or create an account.
  2. Choose Athlete record or Track.
  3. Add an athlete if needed.
  4. Select Track game.
  5. Tap stat buttons during the game.
  6. Review, adjust, and save the game.
  7. Open Progress to view saved games and charts.

League manager: set up game day

  1. Sign in as a league administrator.
  2. Create or join the organization.
  3. Add scheduled games.
  4. Create one-time invite tokens for referees and additional admins.
  5. Show or print public game QR codes.
  6. Keep ref sheet codes separate from public parent/fan codes.
  7. Review submitted reports after games.

Beta pilot access

  • Give admin invite tokens only to trusted league managers who need full setup access.
  • Give referee invite tokens only to officials who should score games or submit reports.
  • Give families and fans public game QR codes. Public QR codes show the scoreboard but do not allow official scoring.
  • Parents, athletes, and other MVP trackers can create their own accounts when they want to save athlete stats.

Official scoring: score and submit a game

  1. Sign in with an account linked to the organization.
  2. Choose Official scoring.
  3. Open an assigned game or start an approved manual sheet.
  4. If prompted, continue the saved game from the recovery screen.
  5. Track points, fouls, traveling, violations, technicals, and timeouts.
  6. Review the report.
  7. Submit the final report.

Public scoreboard: let families follow the score

Anyone with a public game QR code can view the live score. Families who want to keep an athlete's history can create an account and open the Athlete record workspace.

  • Public game QR codes are for parents and fans.
  • Ref sheet QR codes are for officials only.
  • Admin invite tokens are for trusted league staff.
  • Live score viewing is free; saved athlete tracking requires an account.
  • Use Progress to revisit saved athlete games, trends, and milestones. League managers review submitted official reports in League manager.
